It has been almost a year since we had Clear Choice Exteriors install siding, gutters and gutter guards on our house. We are very pleased with the results of their labor! We receive a steady stream of compliments from our neighbors, family and delivery drivers about how great the place looks! Anthony is easy to work with, quick to respond to questions and concerns, communicates well and doesn’t run away from problems that may arise when working on decades old homes; rather he willingly steps up to work with the homeowner to come up with a solution and then takes action. Of the six different contractors we interviewed, and the three we actually received quotes from, Anthony provided us with the most detailed and transparent quote, which was much appreciated. If you’ve never had this type of work done before, know that the process is a bit messy, but it is short lived because Anthony and his team are quick and efficient, show up early and work long days to get the job done in a timely manner. Anthony always responded the same or next day. He even pointed out an area where the new roof that was installed (prior to the gutters),the step flashing kick out was missing a piece that left our roof vulnerable for a leak. I really appreciated that since we are older and unable to get on ladders to check ourselves. They did an amazing job and my gutters look so beautiful. They cleaned up their mess before they left. We only found a few nails here and there which I felt was acceptable. Thank you Clear Choice for being so easy to work with and doing a great job on our gutters like it should be.
